Due to the nature of dropshipping and international fulfillment, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
Returns may be accepted only if:
The product arrives damaged
The product is defective
The wrong item was received
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photo or video evidence.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or most of the time a 100% off cupn code. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds are not issued for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Lost or Missing Orders
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion after investigation with the shipping provider.

If you put a country and it doesnt have a shipping fee that means we don't ship to that specific country.
some countries will require external fees from the government (such as Romania), and for some countries your order can be delayed because of extreme weather (such as Canada).

Shipping time can change based on how far your country is located to our werehouse in China.
Shipping time can also change because of shipping companies availability, for example: If a certain company only offers shipping by sea it will take far more than flying shipping, so always make sure we offer shipping to your country.
The list of countries we provide shipping can change, so always keep an eye to see maybe we now do offer shipping to a specific country.
Processing time could also impact shipping, our processing time is about 1-3 days.
